This all-in-one bone health formula contains relevant levels of calcium, magnesium and vitamins D & K, which contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Magnesium Oxide, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Boron (Sodium Borate), Vitamin D3, Vitamin K1.
(Typically per tablet):
Vitamin D (D3) - 5µg (200iu)
Vitamin K (k1) - 38µg
Calcium - 500mg
Magnesium - 125mg
Boron - 1.5mg
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Suitable for vegetarians.
