(Typically per 2 tablets):
Calcium - 1000mg
Phosphorous - 200mg
Magnesium - 376mg
Iron - 14mg
Zinc - 15mg
Copper - 1mg
Manganese - 4mg
Selenium - 100µg
Chromium - 100µg
Molybdenum - 5µg
Iodine - 140µg
Boron 2mg
Take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
