Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to any product bought at 247Nutri, either ordered online or by telephone. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By placing your order you are confirming your understanding of, and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Dispatch Of Your Order

For any in-stock order placed before 3pm (GMT) Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch the same day. This is dependent on processing timeframes and collection times by Royal Mail and courier services. If any in-stock order cannot be dispatched the same day, we aim to dispatch the following working day.

Any orders received after 3pm (GMT) or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. On occasion dispatch dates may show a Saturday or Sunday, please be advised this is the preparation date and the dispatch will be on the next working day - usually the Monday following these dates.

We aim to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible, however on occasion changes to stock levels may not reflect immediately on the site, and an item may be out of stock at the time of order processing. If any product is out of stock we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will hold your order until we receive a response from you with agreed action. If we do not receive a response within 5 working days, we will dispatch the order items we have and will issue a refund for the out of stock item. We do not part-ship orders as a standard practice.

Following order placement you will receive an order confirmation email. This will confirm your order ID, delivery name and address, items ordered and chosen delivery method. Please check this email carefully and advise via email or telephone as soon as possible if anything is incorrect. We endeavour to make any changes prior to dispatch, however we cannot always guarantee this due to high volumes of orders processing. Receipt of this email is not confirmation that your order will be dispatched, and if for any reason your order is not dispatched, a refund will be provided and confirmation emailed to you. Refunds for any cancelled order will be via the payment method on the order. Dispatched orders will be confirmed by a separate email.

If you have placed an order with us and have not received an email from us, order confirmation or dispatch confirmation email, please contact us to check on your order. Any emails will be sent to the email address provided on your order – please note if using PayPal this will be the email used for your PayPal account. On occasion emails can be redirected to junk or spam folders, please check these folders prior to contacting us.

Packaging

We aim to reuse and recycle as much outer packaging material as possible at 247Nutri, We will pack your order to provide sufficient protection for transit, and it will be sent either in a padded envelope, or a cardboard box. The cardboard boxes may be reused from our own deliveries from suppliers, however we will ensure they are strong enough to withstand transit.

We may use bubble wrap or biodegradable packing chips within the envelope or box, and this is to not only protect the item, but to ensure the structure of the box is maintained during transit.

WE USE BIO-DEGRADABLE PACKING CHIPS WHICH CAN BE COMPOSTED OR DISSOLVED IN WATER.

If you should receive an order where the packaging appears to have been tampered with or damaged please contact us and take photographic evidence before opening the package.

Postage & Delivery Of Your Order

Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier. In the case of international orders by Royal Mail, delivery will be made by your domestic postal service. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure you are able to receive the order from the carrier at the delivery address stated when placing the order.

Courier orders require a contact telephone number to be included with the delivery name and address. This may be required to facilitate delivery. We would ask that you check that you have this included, especially within PayPal details to ensure efficient processing and dispatch of your order. If we do not have a contact telephone number provided, we will then contact you for confirmation, and hold your order in the meantime.

We endeavour to include any order notes regarding delivery on the address label or packaging, these will be hand-written with Royal Mail deliveries, or entered onto the courier system accordingly. We cannot guarantee that all notes will be included, nor can we guarantee that all requests will be met by the delivery partner. These requests are included at your own discretion and understanding. 247Nutri cannot accept responsibility for any instances where requested delivery instructions have been followed by the delivery partner, and subsequently parcels have been damaged or misplaced.

Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected. Please note, delivery times are estimates and delays can occur. Please read the delivery information prior to ordering.

Please read our Postage Information

If you have not received your order after 13 working days (including Saturdays) from dispatch for Royal Mail standard UK delivery, or 6 working days from dispatch for Royal Mail Special Delivery, please contact us and we will liaise with Royal Mail and resolve your order.

For international orders dispatched by Royal Mail, if you have not received your order within 32 days of dispatch, and there are no tracking updates from a recent date, please contact us and we can advise further on order resolution.

For order dispatched by courier, please notify within 5 working days from dispatch if your order has not been received and we will follow up with the delivery partner.

247Nutri relies on the correct information being provided by customers. We will dispatch orders to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering (unless we have confirmed with you otherwise via email).

We cannot take responsibility for any orders dispatched to an incorrect and incomplete address. In the event of these orders being returned to us by the delivery services, we will confirm any receipt of such orders via email. Any return costs incurred will then be passed to you, by a deduction for any refund due. If you would like the order resent following address amendments, we will request a payment for this, via your payment method used for the order, and will agree this with you prior to payment. If you wish to receive a refund, we will not issue a refund for any original postage charge paid, and will deduct the amount for any shipping charge originally incurred by us. The shipping charges will be as per the charges on our website for the corresponding service used.

In the event of orders returned to us that have been rejected at the provided address, or unclaimed from the postal depot, we will confirm any receipt of such orders via email. If you would like an order resent following address amendments, we will request a payment for this, via your payment method used for the order, and will agree this with you prior to payment. We will not issue a refund for the original postage charge paid, and will deduct the amount for any shipping charge originally incurred by us. The shipping charges will be as per the charges on our website for the respective service used.

We cannot issue refunds for orders that have been dispatched to an incorrect address provided by a customer, where the order has not been received by you or returned to us. We do not accept liability for orders that have been received at the delivery address and subsequently lost or stolen, nor for orders that have been delivered to a workplace and not passed to the customer by those at the address.

If we should have any queries regarding a delivery address we will contact you for confirmation, and your order will be held in the meantime. We would ask that all information provided is accurate to ensure the efficient processing and dispatch of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot search for and complete addresses ourselves.

Any change of delivery address that is given to couriers after dispatch, and that results in a charge to us, will result in this charge being owed to 247Nutri by the customer. Please contact us if such changes are made resulting in a charge, and we will confirm the amount due. Non-payment of such charges may affect dispatch of future orders.

Title of goods does not pass from the seller to the purchaser until payment has been received in full by the seller's bankers. Responsibility for the safekeeping of the goods passes on delivery from the seller to the purchaser.

Returns

247Nutri are happy to offer returns in accordance with our Returns Statement.

At 247Nutri we hope you are happy with your purchase, however in the event that you are not, or have simply changed your mind, we offer a refund or exchange on any items within 30 days.

To comply with online distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and request a refund. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods to us. Any refund due will then be given within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Any items returned will need to be unopened, untampered with, with any security seals intact, and still within a reasonable time of their Best Before or Expiry Date (10 months from these dates).

Once authorised, please return any items along with your customer invoice received inside your order, or a copy of. Please include a note on this as to whether a refund or exchange is required, and the reason for the return. We will then action the return in accordance to your request.

Make sure your parcel is wrapped securely when returning any item. In most cases you will be able to send your return in the packaging that the order was sent in. We cannot accept liability for any items lost or damaged in transit to us for refund or exchange.

We recommend to obtain proof of posting, and to use your postal services standard signed for or tracked postage. Unfortunately we cannot offer a free returns service at present, and cannot refund any return postage costs incurred.

In the event of an exchange, we may need to charge a re-dispatch fee, and will advise accordingly via email for confirmation before dispatching any exchange items. Any payments due on exchanged items will be processed via the original payment method for the order, this and the cost will be confirmed with you prior to dispatch of any exchanged items.

Any upgrades in return shipping or by courier service (unless previously agreed with us) will not be covered by 247Nutri for any return.

247Nutri reserves the right to charge for any postage costs initially covered by us for any item has that has been returned to us stated as damaged/incorrect, where upon inspection it is not damaged/incorrect.

We aim to process all returns within a 7 day turnaround, and will confirm via email once the return has been processed and any appropriate action taken.

Any refunds will be made via the payment method for the order.

INCORRECT ITEMS:
If we have sent you an incorrect item (different to that listed on your invoice), we apologise, and will be happy to cover your costs for returning the item, please contact us first so we can advise you on the most appropriate postage option.

MISSING ITEMS:
247Nutri does not part-ship orders as standard practice. If we have not contacted you regarding an out of stock item, all items ordered should be present in your delivery. If upon delivery you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt.

If you believe your order has been tampered with please take photographic evidence prior to opening as we may need this to investigate further with our delivery partners.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If we have sent an item to you that has been damaged in transit, and not sold under our ‘Damaged Items’ section where the defects are noted clearly prior to purchase, we must receive confirmation of the damage incurred within 5 working days. We will need to raise any issues with our delivery partners and we must do so within a set period as per their policies. We may require proof of the damage for this reason, and must receive confirmation of this within the initial notification, or within 5 working days from our request to you.

SHORT DATED ITEMS:
These items are not applicable for refund or exchange. These items will have their Best Before or Expiry Dates clearly stated at times of purchase.

All items dispatched should have a reasonable shelf-life.

If you should receive an item not marked as short dated but has a Best Before or Expiry Date less than 6 months please contact us.

If you should have any queries relating to a return for refund or exchange that has not been covered here, please do not hesitate to contact us for further advice.

Product prices & payment

Product prices are subject to change at any time. The price you pay is the price of the product at the time of ordering.

Prices billed in GBP UK Pounds (£) Sterling. Currency conversions are approximate – on occasions the amount charged may vary from the conversion provided at time of ordering.

All our transactions are securely processed. Payment methods are through PayPal, Apple Pay, or by credit/debit card. We accept most major credit cards (please accept our apologies, we cannot accept American Express).

VAT

As we are based in the UK, all prices will have VAT at 20% included in the price under UK settings – this will be adjusted for EU countries, within the EU Single Market for Trade, to the standard VAT rate applicable there.

Within the EU countries in the EU Single Market for Trade, if you have paid VAT on your order at the time of purchase, there should be no customs assessments or duties required.

Please contact us for further advice if you have received a notification for customs duties due. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for any customs duties paid when they have been applied incorrectly. This will be a matter between you as the customer and your local customs. We will be happy to provide as much documentation and information to support any refund request you may make to your local customs.

We are registered as per requirements with the OSS system, and pay our EU Vat accordingly.

If you are shopping from a VAT exempt country, the prices you see will have been adjusted accordingly by our website to remove VAT.

Any customs duty or payments required upon receipt in the receiving country are the customers' responsibility, and 247Nutri have no control or liability over this. If you are unsure if duties will be charged you will need to check this with your local customs office.

Any orders that are returned as customs charges have not been paid, may be subject to a return charge. Any such charge will be passed to the customer by a deduction in the amount refunded for items. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any orders that have been retained by customs or destroyed following failure to pay duties owed may not be refunded by 247Nutri.

For all international orders where customs information is required, this information will be provided per the product description and price accordingly. 247Nutri cannot, and will not, adjust any customs details or values under any circumstances, and will declare the true description and price of items. We will refuse any request to alter these details.
