Providing Calcium 500mg & Magnesium 125mg, with Boron plus Vitamin D3 & K1
Osteoguard® is an all-in-one bone health formula containing high levels of calcium and magnesium, along with boron and the vitamins D and K. Whilst one tablet a day provides good support for most diets, two tablets daily is particularly preferable for those with diets containing little dairy produce or those of menopausal age. Calcium, Magnesium and vitamins D & K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Magnesium Oxide, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Stearic Acid, Boron (Sodium Borate), Vitamin D3, Vitamin K1.
(Typically per tablet):
Vitamin D - 5ug (200iu)
Vitamin K - 38ug
Calcium - 500mg
Magnesium - 125mg
Boron - 1.5mg
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Suitable for vegetarians.
