(Typically per tablet):
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) - 50mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - 50mg
Niacin (as B3) - 50mg
Vitamin B6 - 5mg
Folic Acid - 400µg
Vitamin B12 - 50µg
Biotin - 50ug
Pantothenic Acid (B5) - 50mg
Myo-Inosital - 50mg
Choline Bitartrate - 500mg
PABA - 15mg.
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
Suitable for vegetarians.
