Lamberts Choline Liver complex combines high-strength Choline with Milk Thistle (as a standardised extract, providing 80mg of silymarin), and the B vitamins, including vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B1 (thiamine) and vitamin B9 (folic acid)
Choline Bitartrate, Cellulose, Calcium (Nicotinamide), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Stearic Acid, Thiamine Monoitrate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Riboflavin, Vitamin b12 (Cyanocobalamin), Folic Acid, Biotin.

Providing Silymarin - 80mg
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
