MCT oil is believed to be metabolised more easily by the body than standard coconut oil due to the removal of long chain fatty acids.

Adults: Add 15g (approx. 2 tablespoons) of powder to black coffee or smoothie and stir for 1 minute or until dissolved. For best results add all ingredients in to a blender, blend and enjoy.
