Traditionally used for: over-indulgence, indigestion, upset stomach.
Natures Aid DigestEeze Milk Thistle tablets are a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve the symptoms associated with occasional over indulgence of food and drink such as indigestion and upset stomach based on traditional use only.
One tablet contains 137.5mg - 165mg of standardised extract (as dry extract) from Milk Thistle fruits (Silibum marianum (L) Gaertner), (equivalent to 2750mg - 6600mg of Milk Thistle fruit.) corresponding to 82.5mg of silymarin, calculated as silibinin.
It also contains other ingredients: calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous; cellulose microcrystalline; silica colloidal hydrated; croscarmellose sodium; magnesium stearate.
Extraction solvent: Ethyl Acetate 100%v/v

Adults and the elderly, take 1 - 2 tablets twice daily.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Do not use if you:
are allergic to Milk Thistle, any other members of the daisy (Asteracaceae/Compositae) family, or any of the other ingredients.
are under 18 years of age.
are pregnant or breastfeeding.
You must consult a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 1 week.
