Riboflavin, also known as Vitamin B2, contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the nervous system. It also plays a role in the safeguarding of normal red blood cells as well as the metabolism of iron in the body.

Riboflavin - 50mg
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.

Taking this product may occasionally result in a darker yellow colouration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates the body is using the riboflavin effectively. An increase in daily fluid intake will bring the urine back to the normal colour.
