Natural Plant Sterols - Helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Plant Sterols are naturally present in vegetable oils and grains. Unfortunately, modern diets tend to be low in these important nutrients and hence obtaining optimal levels from the daily diet alone can be very difficult.

Each of our tablets contains a full 800mg of premium quality, natural plant sterols and should not be confused with the cheaper plant sterol esters.
