(Initial intake):
Take 2 capsules with a meal (max 6 tablets each day). Continue for a minimum of 8 weeks, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
(Maintenance intake):
Take 1-2 tablets a day with a meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Artichoke extract can also be used (2 tablets) prior to a fatty meal to encourage digestive aid.
