This blend begins with eleuthero, an ancient herb believed to impart a sense of calm. We've added peppermint, ginger and lemongrass to create an uplifting and balanced tea.

Eleuthero (18%), peppermint, cinnamon, ginger, chamomile (7%), lemongrass, licorice, catnip, tilia flowers, natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors, hops and Vitamins B6 (18mg/100mg) and B12 (54ug/100g).

BOIL: Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil.
STEEP: Pour 1 cup water over a tea bag in a cup. Steep 4 to 6 minutes and remove bag.
