Directions:
Perfect taken 2-3 times daily
Mix 1 T (Tablespoon) + 8oz Filtered or Sparkling Water.
Suggestions for how to use:
- Add to your favourite smoothie or drink.
- Mix into homemade salad dressings & sauces.
Shake gently before using.
Refrigeration is not required.
