Highly absorbable as mineral salts are in the form of citrates. Vitamin D3 is from plant sources and the formulation also includes L(+) lactic acid, magnesium to help reduce tiredness and fatigue, as well as zinc which contributes to normal acid-base metabolism in the body.

Calcium - 240mg

Lactic acid L(+) - 110mg
Take one 5.5g sachet per day. Open and pour the contents of the sachet into a glass, add 150ml of water, stir well and enjoy.
